With the pressures of work in today's environment it is very easy to stay with what you know or do it the way that is has always been done because there is no time to take a step back and look at your company's processes. Processes usually cross departmental boundaries and need to involve numerous people, each representing their part of the organisation. Quite often by challenging the way things are done revitalises and motivates the workforce. However, without assistance this type of exercise can be time consuming and difficult.
